卧室制作人博客:Donate To Any Ukrainian Charity And Get A Free G-Sonique Plugin

G-Sonique offers a free plugin to participants who donate to any Ukrainian charity.

The developer invites interested musicians to donate to any Ukrainian charity that will help civilians.

“We have decided to motivate civilians and support charitable collections (anyone/any charity who will provide material assistance to civilians, not state or political non-profits that may have increased and are increasing tensions). Anyone who sends us a grant confirmation of any Ukrainian charity will receive free plugins from us!”

G-Sonique mentions the FSQ1964 plugin in the announcement, but it seems that the participants are free to pick any other product that they prefer.

“FSQ1964 is not a classic enhancer. This little machine joins two quality emphasizers of transients – Module 1 and Module 2. They can emphasize even the most muffled transients and make them sharp like a 32 carat brilliant diamond. In order to achieve maximal quality of the sound with minimum unwanted artefacts the sound is processed via doubled oversampling algorithm.”

To get the free plugin, donate to any Ukrainian charity and send the confirmation to G-Sonique via email.

Another initiative comes from Erica Synths. The company launched the Music for Peace campaign, donating all income from sales of several instruments and Eurorack modules to humanitarian aid organizations helping in Ukraine.

“Erica Synths continues to stand with the people of Ukraine and will donate all of the income – both manufacturing costs and profit – from our sales of several instruments to humanitarian aid organizations helping in Ukraine and providing support where it is needed the most.

Donations will be made via the biggest charity agency in Latvia – ziedot.lv and for full transparency, we will publicly inform about the donations made. This will involve the following instruments – Black Digital Noise, Black Dual EG/LFO, Sequential Switch II & Snazzy FX – Mini Ark, Wow & Flutter, Tracer City.”

On a related note, Ukrainian developer Sinevibes released a new plugin called Skew ($29 + VAT).

Skew is an audio effect that plays the incoming audio in reversed chunks. What makes things more interesting, though, is the plugin’s ability to warp the playback speed, resulting in non-linear effects like tape rewind, slides, scratching, and more.

“Skew is a non-linear audio reverser. Perfectly synchronized to the host transport, it is constantly recording the incoming audio into a buffer – and playing it back in reversed chunks. The big trick in this algorithm is that it’s able to warp its playback speed via a selection of non-linear curves, thus bending the pitch in various ways.”

BPB sends a message of peace to everyone worldwide. Let’s stop the war.
